What are ClutterBoxes made from?
ClutterBoxes are made using the highest grade durable acrylic or ‘perspex’ as it sometimes called. The outer box is made from 5mm thick acrylic while the drawers are made from 4mm thick acrylic.
How can I take care of my ClutterBox?
Acrylic is a delicate material and can become scratched from the use of harsh household cleaning agents. Therefore avoid using any cleaning agents, simply use a clean damp soft cloth with hot soapy water & gently rub the surfaces.
Due to the nature of acrylic small hairline cracks, bubbles, air pockets and glue spillage may occur during the fabrication process at joints, this is rare. They are NOT considered defects.
How soon will I get my ClutterBox?
ClutterBoxes are not mass produced on a machine and imported by the container load, instead they are meticulously handmade by skilled craftsmen with many years of experience. As they are so labour intensive to produce we can only manufacture a limited number per month. If we have your ClutterBox in stock at the time of purchase we can delivery it in 2 -5 days after receiving payment. However, if we do not have it in stock at the time of purchase then we will email you with an estimated delivery time.
While we will always do our very best to reduce production times the quality of our ClutterBox will never be compromised.
How much does delivery cost?
All delivery charges are subject to change and delivery is subject to credit card authorization, and stock availability. If your product is in stock, your item will be delivered to you within 1-3 days after receiving payment. You must supply a telephone number for the courier and be at the address to receive your item. Our shipping costs are as follows:
Northern Ireland & UK – £18 – £37 depending on size.
Rest of World – quote will be given
You must supply a telephone number for the courier and a signature will be required at time of delivery.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do. If you are outside Ireland or the UK please email us with your delivery address and we’ll provide you with a quote for delivery.

The Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number.
If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order.
The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 1 working day.
Returning Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event your ClutterBox arrives defected or cracked please either do not accept it or immediately send an email along with a minimum of two pictures to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt and our customer care team will assist you. All packaging will be required when returning.
Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting..

Your exchanged goods will be shipped free of charge – you pay to ship back to us, and we’ll pay to re-send your order.
For returns, we will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
